Enlightening Leadership was founded by Dr. Kelly Hastings, a certified ICF coach with a specialization in Educational Leadership. Enlightening Leadership was created with the mission to empower school and district leaders and teachers to achieve the student outcomes they desire, and unlock their full potential with coaching support.
